HCRA Registered + a Tarion Warranty
Metrosuite is an HCRA-certified builder, ensuring our homes are built to rigorous quality and safety standards. We work closely with engineering firms for unbiased inspections of our homes’ pre-transport, ensuring excellence. Tarion’s role is to ensure that purchasers of new homes receive the coverage they are entitled to under the warranty and to approve builders before they can build and/or sell new homes in Ontario.
